Mawdsleys has an internal design team with
extensive product knowledge and experience.
Our design capabilities allow us to design full
electromagnetic and mechanical motor drawings
in 2D & 3D format.
We design and manufacture AC and DC motors in the range of
0.5 - 750 kW.
Our experience and expertise allows us to design and manufacture bespoke/custom application motors, such as low noise & vibration, high shock and high efficiency motors suitable for military & naval applications.
Our experience also allows us to design rugged motors for the rail industry and other hazardous environments.
Mawdsleys can design to specific customer specifications and re-engineer/ re-design to fit with existing customer applications.
All our design work is in accordance with our ISO9001: 2008 quality system.
